ONLINE REGISTRATION
  • Starting with the Summer 2010 Session here at KCC, you will only be able to register online and in advance. As we can accept only a limited number of students, once that amount is reached, the registration will be closed and no one else will be able to enroll.
  • We highly suggest you register as soon as we open the registration process; even if you know you can't come for the first or second class, we urge you to register early as you will not be able to register once our maximum capacity has been filled (which will likely be before the first day of class).
  • Accordingly, we will not be accepting any more paper 'walk-in' registrations. If you have any further questions or difficulties with online registration, please contact us.
  • Online applications should be submitted before class begins for every session.
  • Students must register EVERY SESSION; previous registrations are not valid for the current term.
  • Please take care to proof-read your application before submitting. Any typographical /spelling errors will be recorded as such.
  • We highly recommend you print and bring your confirmation page in order to avoid waiting in line on the first day of class.
PLACEMENT TEST
  • On the first day of class, each session, we offer a placement test for students who may not be sure of their level and would like to be 'placed' in a class.
  • Those who want to take Basic A & B don't need to take the placement test (First-time students with no previous Korean language experience should automatically be placed in our Basic A class.)
  • If you want to take this test, please come to KCC between 6:30PM-7:00PM for check-in (and payment, if not pre-paid) and the placement test.
  • After completing your test, please give it to one of the teachers for grading and proceed to the auditorium (Ari Hall, 3rd floor) for a Korean film while the others are completing their tests.
  • At 8:00PM we will all meet in the auditorium (Ari Hall, 3rd floor) for a brief orientation, at which time the results of the tests (i.e. 'placing' for those who took the test) will be announced and the students will follow their teachers to their classrooms.
