Instructors
Kim Min-ji, F&B Visual Director & Food Stylist
Bridging film, culinary design, and visual narrative, Kim’s work includes set
styling, food storytelling, and menu architecture that artfully merges
tradition and contemporary aesthetics.
Lee Bo-bae, Chef & Culinary Expert
A master in Korean fermentation and jang traditions, Lee brings insight
into sauces, historical flavor profiles, and hands-on teaching of deep food
culture.
