The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (Wijin Park, Director) present a special online project, 'Oh! Pansori' series every second and fourth Wednesday of February and March on the KCCLA YouTube channel.

Pansori is a genre of musical storytelling performed by a vocalist and a drummer. This popular tradition, characterized by expressive singing, stylized speech, a repertory of narratives and gesture, embraces both elite and folk culture. The first episode is about 'Pansori Vocalization,' you will learn how to breathe, how to practice and three basic vocalizations of Pansori.

'Oh! Pansori' series is a new series made by Namwon National Gugak Center to introduce Korean vocal genres 'Pansori.' Subscribe for more episodes to be brought to you every other week.
